30th Anniversary Demae Concerts at Matsumoto Castle and Shinmai Media Garden!

The Seiji Ozawa Matsumoto Festival, which was established in 1992 as the “Saito Kinen Festival Matsumoto”, is celebrating its 30th anniversary due in large part to the support of so many over the years. A number of free events are scheduled throughout Matsumoto city as a token of gratitude. The Demae Concerts at Matsumoto Castle and Shinmai Media Garden are two of the open events and will feature a world premiere performance of a fanfare composed to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the festival.
